Mud, Sweat and Gears is proud to sell and support the brands we carry in our stores. If you think that your bike is experiencing manufactural defectiveness, then please let us know so we can get to the bottom of the problem. We can't guarantee that there will be no cost to you, as there are often shipping charges for parts, and there are labour charges as well. We will do everything within reason to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your bike.
