Not Covered under this warranty is usage and/or abuse of the bicycle beyond its intended purpose. Proper maintenance of the bicycle is required for warranty to be valid. Breakage of derailleur hangers is NOT covered under warranty. It is the rider’s responsibility to report problems with the bike in a timely manner before there is damage to the components of the bicycle.
