    Return Policy:

    In Store Return Policy:

    Mud Sweat and Gears & Vicious Cycle and Snow will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of product by the customer. If returning a product, it must meet the following requirements:

    • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
    • Returned to Mud Sweat and Gears & Vicious Cycle and Snow in original packaging with original receipt.
    • Product cannot be damaged, misused or in a condition that affects the resale value of the item.
    • Parts and accessories cannot be returned if they have been installed on the customers equipment.
    • Soft goods, eyewear and personal accessories cannot be returned if worn by the customer. Please ensure you know the sizing of the product you are purchasing. We will not accept returns if the items have obvious smells, dirtiness, or wear. 


    Online Return Policy:

    Mud Sweat and Gears & Vicious Cycle and Snow will not issue a refund until product is received and inspected. Exchanges and shipping for said exchange is the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Mud Sweat and Gears & Vicious Cycle and Snow will accept online returns within 30 days from the order date. If returning a product, it must meet the following requirements:

    • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
    • Bicycles cannot be returned if ridden at all. They must remain in the original packaging and returned the way they were received.
    • Online order returns are subject to a 2.5% transaction fee after 48 hours of the original transaction.
    • Shipping charges for returns are the customers responsibility.
    • Returned to Mud Sweat and Gears & Vicious Cycle and Snow in original packaging with original receipt.
    • Product cannot be damaged, misused or in a condition that affects the resale value of the item.
    • Refunds will not be issued until the product has reached our main location and inspected.
    • Parts and accessories cannot be returned if they have been installed on the customers equipment.
    • Soft goods, eyewear and personal accessories cannot be returned if worn by the customer. Please ensure you know the sizing of the product you are purchasing. We will not accept returns if the items have obvious smells, dirtiness, or wear. 

    Mud Sweat and Gears & Vicious Cycle and Snow reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not align with the above list as well as our Terms and Conditions.

    Shipping of returned products to Mud Sweat and Gears & Vicious Cycle and Snow is the sole responsibility of the customer. Mud Sweat and Gears & Vicious Cycle and Snow will under no circumstances accept COD shipping charges on returned product.

    Online Order Cancellations:

    • Order cancellations are subject to a 2.5% processing fee for all credit cards billed to in Canada. *American Express cancellation fee is 3.5%.
    • Order cancellations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee for all credit cards billed to outside of Canada.
    • Bikes are subject to a $60 boxing fee when canceled after bike is boxed for shipping.
    • If orders are cancelled after the order is shipped the return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
    Christmas Present Return Policy: 
    • We accept returns until December 31st in new condition with original packaging made within the month of November and December.
    • Sale items are final, no refunds on special order items.
    • Online returns are subject to the 2.5% transaction fee when returned.
    • There are no returns or exchanges on Boxing Day.
    • Merchandise can be refunded or exchanged until Dec 31st.
    • ALL Eyewear is final sale, no exceptions.
    • Merchandise purchased on boxing day sale is FINAL SALE.
    • Merchandise purchased after boxing day reverts back to our normal 14 day exchange policy.

       

      Sale & Discounted Items:

      Mud Sweat and Gears & Vicious Cycle and Snow reserves the right to use discretion and reserve the right to reference the in-store price of the item if pricing is disputed

      All Items marked on sale are final sale. Please ensure that you have the correct size and follow a size chart for clothing and other items.

      Taxes:

      Mud Sweat and Gears & Vicious Cycle and Snow are required to charge the applicable provincial tax on all product sold outside of the province of Alberta. PST,HST & QST is all charge at the checkout page. 

      *Some exemptions apply in the province of British Columbia


      Product and Bike Exclusions:

      Mud Sweat and Gears & Vicious Cycle and Snow are able to ship a variety or products throughout Canada. However, due to dealer agreements and regional restrictions, Mud Sweat and Gears & Vicious Cycle and Snow are prohibited from shipping the following brand’s current model year products outside of Greater Edmonton and Red Deer Areas.

      Prohibited Brands… none at the moment!

      Receiving a Shipment

      DO NOT SIGN UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGE

      Visible Damage: It is your responsibility as the consignee to note any visible damage on all copies of the proof of delivery or on the driver’s hand-held (where applicable) and request an ASF (Additional Services Form) from the driver noting the damage.

      Once signed off as received or delivered, you have agreed that the product accepted is in good condition. Please ensure that your inspection is performed quickly but thoroughly as to not delay the carrier’s driver from departure.

      Concealed Damage:
      1. Keep all packaging material
      2. Notify the shipper of loss or damage immediately
      3. Do not remove product from premises before inspection
      4. Retain a copy of inspection report
      5. Contact Mud Sweat and Gears Online Fulfillment Team. We will notify you of the next steps.
