My back tire kept deflating so I brought my bike here. They were fast, efficient and effective. I was very impressed. It was only 25 dollars to fix the back tire when I was expecting to spend way more than that. I was wowed by the customer service.

Although I didn't purchase here I wanted to give a shout out to MSG for the friendly and eager staff. Although it was a good experience, the product knowledge just wasn't there compared to their competitors. I ended up purchasing a Cannonade, which they don't carry and got a great discount on accessories with my purchase from another locally owned shop. I wish MSG all the best and hope to see the product knowledge develop further as I plan to try them again! For reference, I was looking for a 27.5plus bike.

I brought my bike in to MSG for a silver package tune up as well as some other new parts Was quoted 350 for the entire service which I am happy to pay I am always happy to pay for good product and good service. However when I went to pick it up today I was billed 450 dollars. When I asked as to why the significant difference I was shown that an added part had been installed during the process. While I have no problem with the part I do have a major problem with not being contacted about this additional cost. I was told that it is their policy to call the customer if there is anything 15 dollars above quoted price. I asked at that point why then was I not called as this is 100 dollars above quoted price I was simply offered an apology and told I don't know .I'm in no way looking for free stuff or service But I feel this is deeply unprofessional of this business. I very much want to support business in my community but I am no longer going to support this one I don't like being taken advantage of. I hope the extra 100 dollars was worth it to this small business. I'm an avid rider and spend more of my dollars than I should on this sport, just no more of it there. Very unhappy with this
To the absolute credit of the owner Paul, I received a phone call this morning before the shop had even opened and received an apology and an explanation of the mix up. Less than one business day later Paul has made the situation a positive one and now it is my turn to make apologies. So my apologies to Paul and his staff (who are all very pleasant and helpful) and my thanks for them making this ultimately a positive experience. Thankfully I will continue to support this business moving forward.
